We do not collect, sell, or transmit your data. Ever. Ananta Memory was built from the ground up to be a 100% offline, local-first application.
When you browse the web, Ananta Memory extracts the readable text from the page. This text is immediately saved to a secure database located physically on your hard drive via Chrome's local storage API. It is never sent to the cloud, to Google, or to Ananta Labs servers.
We actively prevent the extension from reading or saving data on sensitive websites. Built-in filters automatically disable the memory engine on banking websites, payment gateways, and authentication portals (login/password screens).
